OLD BUSINESS
$109.05 was made from the March Wendy's night and Kris Wall did April with $89.76 being made. Since the H.S. spring concert is the same night in May, it's cancelled & we won't have any more Wendy's nights this year. If we do this next year, we need to send them a yearly calendar for the 2010-11 school year. Cindy Myers does not want to be in charge the next school year, looking for a volunteer
Ms. Horst discussed new risers, motion to purchase swing choir risers, motion carried. We'll save on transportaion costs due to Lance Abernathy going to Michigan to pick them up. Thanks Lance!
Contact Ms. Horst if you want a copy of the swing choir, band or choir picture that is hanging in the hallway by the music room. Don't know the cost yet.
